Hi, I’m Jae Lange

I am a facilitator, national level and TEDx speaker, and systems-change practitioner whose work centers people most impacted by the very systems meant to serve them.

My background spans social work, case management, community advocacy, outreach and national-level training. I draw on both professional experience and lived experience to support those who are beginning to rethink power, engagement, and care; particularly in spaces connected to housing instability, youth, equity, harm reduction and restorative practices.

My approach is relational, grounded, and deeply human… because the work should be.

Lets Work!

What Sets My Work Apart?

I don’t separate professional expertise from lived experience; I integrate them.

I bring:

  • Lived experience navigating homelessness and systems of care

  • Years of national training, facilitation, and speaking experience

  • A strong grounding in social work values and ethics

  • A deep belief in autonomy, dignity, and choice

People often tell me they appreciate my ability to:

  • Name what others are afraid to say

  • Hold complexity without oversimplifying

  • Build trust quickly while still pushing for accountability

I work with humility, honesty, and high expectations, including for myself.

I partner with:

  • Nonprofit and Community-based Organizations and Coalitions

  • Housing and Homelessness Service Providers

  • Government agencies, Boards of Directors, and Continuums of Care

  • Foundations, Advocacy and Outreach Groups

  • Educators, Facilitators, and values-driven Leaders

If your work involves people, power, and systems, there’s a strong chance we align.

Who Do I Work With?

If you’re ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and toward care that actually works, I’d love to connect.
